Effective Date: September 2026

This California Privacy Act Policy supplements Corrales Law Group’s general Privacy Policy and explains the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Personal information collected in the course of providing legal services may be subject to professional-responsibility and confidentiality obligations under California law and may be partially or fully exempt from certain CCPA/CPRA provisions; this policy addresses information collected through our website and general communications.

1. Scope

This policy applies to California residents whose personal information we collect through our website, online forms, phone or email communications, or other interactions with Corrales Law Group outside of an established attorney-client engagement.
